• No personal checks will be accepted after one (1) non-sufficient funds (NSF) check

• Please complete a Tenant Work Order online or send us an email
• When making a request, be specific about the problem and remember to include your name, address, and the best number to reach you.
• Please secure any pets in the home in anticipation of the repair vendor's arrival
• Mountain Haven will not reimburse tenants for repair expenses that do not have prior approval from our office
